All of this is done within a strict quality assurance system accredited to ISO 9001-2008 to ensure you of a professional and reliable result.

Gold Plus Support

Gold Plus: Offered by way of a formal contract this is our most comprehensive package with a promise to be on site with urgency for any critical faults and typically within four hours.

Gold Support

Gold: A popular package providing the same level of care as Gold Plus but where you can wait to the next working day for call outs

Silver Support

Silver: For non critical systems we guarantee to help and will provide on site assistance within six working days.

Bronze Support

Bronze: Our version of extending the parts and labour warranty beyond the first 12 months with a 10 day turnaround target and including technical support.

Ad-Hoc Repairs

Expertise developed over forty years of manufacturing, test & supply enables us to quote for the repair of many older items that are not covered by the above support contracts.
